Aion loading screen glitch ???

Ok first of all before this happened ive been experiencing some insufferable burst of lag during play. Now the main problem is that everytime i try to load the gamez aion launcher it launches then when i get to the character name input it show a glitchy picture of the woman holding that sword before it loads and when i input my name it tells me to select a server then it freezes

PLEASE HELP!!!!:sad:

 

can you post some screenshots?

 

you can try reinstalling the launcher, or clicking repair on ncsoft launcher. that should fix the problem. if not, you will be assisted by an admin sooner or later.

 

Yes, try to repair your client like Death said, but this sounds like a possible Graphics Card issue, are you having problems with other games by any chance?

 

I repaired my game alittle before this happend because i thought that it would fix the lag...but....It didnt.. and no this has not happen to any othere games i have played

Oh and how is an item pack gonna solve my problem?

 

the server is currently being restarted. so wait until the server reboots to try again. if not i can forward you to an intelligent GM.

IF YOU HAVE A GRAPHICS CARD CONNECTED PCIE! (if you dont have a graphics card, ignore this)

one thing you can do is,
shut off your computer,
unplug the power supply,
hold down the power button for 10 seconds to drain any power living in the pc.
make sure you have your hand ground to the computer case. (touch the metal at all times)
unplug the vga wire from the card,
remove the graphics card, make sure the heat sink is clean, (over heating can cause problems with graphics usually color issues)
plug the graphics card back into your pc
plug in the vga wire,
plug back in power
reboot
see if it fixes it.

 

the item.pak cant help a problem like that... have you try to re-intsall the launcher?

Are you using the latest Gamez Launcher?

 

try reinstalling the gamezaion launcher...

 

I thinkthe best part to do with this problem, download and re-install the game...

 

well it just worked because i repaired it...but ill update you if it happens again...for the lag..idk ill tell u about that too

how much capacity of ram do u have on your pc?....what video card you were using?.....i think its a hardware problem...

The 'Bursts of lag' will be down to your PC and/or Internet connection i assume.
