    After you're done with fortresses make sure you go & obtain medals asap.
    The more you wait the bigger chance they have to disappear...

    i heard a lot of ppl with this prob....but thing is it never happened to me.........and lulz....10 gold medals and 20 silver are almost the full mail, and i kept them 2 days there and no problem at all =.=
