please take a look how fast this guy is, look closely at the distance this guy jumps.....specially at the parts of the video

After watching your radar at the top it looks like he was right on you the whole time. Then he hits you with brightwing arrow and another altered state shot to slow you a bit. Thenyou hit ancestral blow which wil stop you for just a brief second allowing him to close the gap. Doesn't look like a hack to me. Thats what happens when you try to attack someone behind you. Hence why the message came up that he was too far from you to attack. But whenyou did attack your character does a little roll to pop the skill. You got owned is all.

The only weird thing in this video that you can still pull away a few times from a ranger using Greater Raging Wind Scroll even tho you don't have one among ur buff icons...

yeah i guess the gms can say request denied?

 

hmm that does look like a possible speeder but im sure it is just lag. maybe when a GM logs on he/she can stalk him for a bit to see if anything fishy is goin on.
