    Looks just like Jeiaparan Village and Dark Poeta entrance for Elyos pre 2.0 :p GMs didn't do anything nor fix any guards back then and they most likely still won't. Call people to deal with it or no more Beluslan for you!

    Lots of people camp kisks/obelisks. Its lame and it sucks but its not against the rules. Try and see if you can get friends or legion mates to help clear the area out.
