Enchanting, item poof =(

Hi there,

I was enchanting my Anuhart assassin boots, it gave me a hard time. i finally had it +13 and wanted to upgrade it again, it said: Enchant Anuhart assassin boots succesfull. but at the same time the items disapeared out of my inventory, i didn't have any extraction tools in my inventory, so that couldn't be the problem.

i tried to relog serveral times, but without succes.
then GM Asanka told me to make a post on the forum and that one of the senior GMs might be able to help me.

Im kinda new to Gamezaion so its really worth allot for me.

ingame name was:
Dhakira (12.25am GMT+1)

ps: a friend just told me the same thing happend to his +15 Donated spear =/ (ABG) his char name = Dwizzle

 

I hope your problem will be solved soon (but i expect ppl qq'ing about not having proof like screenshot(s))

I know for myself that i wont be enchanting sh*t till this farce is fixed...

Items purchased through credits are easy to trace, but items such as what you lost does not have a unique ID they can pull up to trace this with, thus gone w/o screenies.

So they can see we waint lynig.

So i need to get proof because the system fails ? i guess its not my problem that the item poofs ( well it actually is my problem ) but im not the one that caused it, there is something wrong with the enchanting system, and im not the one thats able to solve that problem.. so yea i dont have proof, but if i need to take a screenshot after every enchant then i need to get like another 2 terabyte HD for all the JPG's =/

and why should i lie for a Anuhart boots +14.. if i wanted to scam the staff i would've said i lost something really good.

no offense, but im just a lil frustrated =P came home from work, and with the little time i had i wanted to spent my last kinah to upgrade stuff and this shit happend, after trying to relog a couple of times i went to bed like a emokid (im so glad i dont have razors laying around now)
