Ban Appeal... Let me try again

GM. I submitted a Ban Appeal several weeks back, and it has vanished, so I'll resubmit a new one.

Bella was looking into why my account was banned, and communicated at one point that she could find nothing in the logs.

I admit that I was flying the night before my account was banned, but when someone told me I shouldn't be flying, I stopped immediately. I've never been warned for flying, and have never been jailed. Bella confirmed again to me that GM's don't ban for illegal flying---they jail.

I read on another ban appeal that Autumn "zapped" a few people for illegal flying the other night. Does this mean she jailed them, or did she just instantly ban them?

Forgive me if I'm sounding a bit frustrated, but if my account was banned for a one time flying incident, then I'm confused.

And, since I've not really heard anything, and now see that my original ban appeal has vanished....I'm now more concerned that ban appeals are not taken very seriously.
