Crafting Scrolls question

Regarding Major Crit Scrolls / Wind Raging Scrolls :
Which crafting system allows you to do that?
How do you actually craft them?

 

I believe all the scrolls are Alchemist; I know Raging Wind Scrolls are Alchemist; I have an Alchemist at 449. However, I don't have the recipe for the Major Crit Scrolls. But you need to go to the Alchemist area, and do the work orders, and then you need to go out and farm, or look on the broker for the recipes and then you can make the items.

Or, you could just buy them off the broker. . . but they're expensive, at least on Asmodian Side.

*Edit* Also, this is like .. your best friend. http://www.aionarmory.com, or http://www.aiondatabase.com They have all the recipes and they tell you what mobs drop them, and stuff like that. They even have a list of all the stuff you can craft in Alchemy, and other crafts (Professions).

If not mistaked all kind of scrools are from alchemist profession.... Look here if need some help....
