    they say the GM cannot detect if the player using hacks.....

    In this case, to bann the player, you need o upload proof of the hack. A screen shot or even a video. Do you have any? If you don't , so they can't be baned because to do so, AM's need solid proofs

    check your chat log
    take a SS or vid of the person u think is hacking
    you can either use FRAPS, XFIRE or any other software for it
    you can also use the search function
