missing credits

Today I did a donation by western union.

Before that I have 1500 credits in my account.

And I did a donation of 20 USD = 2000 Credits

Ok, Now, with the 20% bonus for that i Should get 400 credits more (i'm right?)

So, in total I should have now: 1500 + 2000 + 400 = 3900

But instead of that I only get 3700.. which means 200 credits are missing.

But still in 3750, so 200 credits are missing.
