ABG My Earing Disappear while Transfering~!

Hi, so i was Transfering my ABG Items throw Warehouse to my Asmo char and i did it right then i logged in, on my asmo char to take the items i got everything but exepct 1 ABG earring dissappered, I should have 2 abg earring on the warehouse and now i see only 1? i thought maybe i forget transfering it lets go back to "Donate" and check. i logged in back and checked its not there.. -.-" and i am sure i putted them both on the warehouse. so please can i get my abg earring back?

We cant add to you an ABG item, we need a good proof because its a strange problem.
so u need calm down and search it in ur inventory wh or something.
