Help cant use 2 weapons at once

    hi so i am a lvl 37 assassin and for some reason i cant use 2 weapons at once. I've talked to many people and they all say that it's strange. And I now its not normal cuz i once had an acc assassin with 2 weapons and it worked just fine.
    A friend of mine said that it could be bug so can u plz help me???
