AM help pls!

Hi i sent this to alente already but i havent heard anything back? i purchased a masterius bow yesterday combined it with my abg *used masterius as main hand* tryd to enchant and all of a sudden bam lost the abg stats i again bought another abg used all the mana stones first this time bought a godstone put it all on my bow so im happy walking around for a couple hrs then i wanted to buy a title so i buy a title forgot to log out while buying it so idk randomly got d/cd came back on my bow is back to nothing with Another Abg bow siting in my inventory. can u please just fix how i had the bow i have a screen shot of the last time i did it not the first time cos i honestly didnt think that was going to happen

you get one bump per day and Alentes a busy guy, you just have to be patient
