Barricade of Steel

So based on the skill description, the skill gets disabled when another skill is used. And you can't jump while the skill is active either. Tested it, activated barricade, I can still jump and use skills and the stat bonus from barricade is still there and all that shiz. Basically it turned into something like Slaughter where its not affected when any other skill is used. Would like to get someone who'd confirm if its a bug or not.
