lost my mastarius sword

well i lost my mastarius sword that my brother gave me last night. I used it to remodel my abg sword and played for like 10mins or so and then logged out after that. I decided to log in after a couple of hours and as soon as i spawned in teminon i saw my abg sword's model reverted back to alukina's sword. the problem is i didnt take a screenshot of my mastarius sword since it didnt occur to me that its possible for a weapon to lose its remodel and revert back to its old model. But i did search my chat log in my aion folder and its there. can i just send my chat log to one of the GMs as proof that i really did have a mastarius sword?

as i said, i can prove it through my chat log file. i can either send my chat log file to one of the GMs or post the exact lines here in this thread of me aquiring the sword.

You need at lease screen shoot proof of your brother brought that item, during the trading, your brother's IGN the character who traded you. All of these

 

do u even know wat chat log file is? its a file in ur aion folder that records every chat convos, trade transactions, and even items u store in ur warehouse.

 

Who knows if your "brother" is a duper, or chargebacker? Chat log doesnt prove anything. And it seems editable to me.

sigh... editable...? dude the chat log has time frames... ive been playing in this server for 2months now or more... do u know how many trade transactions, chat convos, combat log of who killed me, whom i killed, how much damage ive dealt to them is in there? each and every single line in that chat log has a time and date of when they happened. GMs even ask players for their chat logs to prove their innocence when theyre accused of hacking.

true, we need chat logs to confirm timings. But also we require screenshot from game as a proof that it did actually happened.

if its in the chat log it means it did happen since wat chat log does is record ur transactions in game. theres a like over a hundred transactions in there and do u think i would waste my time editing like 500 time frames one by one just for a mastarius sword? here let me post the exact lines from my chat log from where it starts to where it ends. and like i said i can even send my whole chat log file so u guys can check the time frames urself and make sure i didnt edit them.

unfortunately i need more proves to do a refund.
A ss from ur item proving that u had he, a ss from ur inventory and wh to prove that u didn't hide that.

Sry but just a log is not enough.

Coolangot ask your brother if he brought it with credit. Make a SS of his history, ask him if he have any evidence on that trade. Then maybe it can help you get your item back.:sideways:

Well see I dont see how I'm going to have to sscreen shot everything I do just to make sure Im given back what i paid for. Like my problem is kinda the same, Bought white dye and dyed my gear and when i signed on after patch only my boots were dyed. I mean are you expecting people to ss everytime they adjust their toons?

All im askin for is for one of the GMs to kindly reconsider restoring the sword that i lost. This screenshot clearly shows the Mastarius sword purchased and even the Month and Date it was purchased. After the update last night alot of ppl lost items after remodeling and fusing. Ive read other threads where ppl fused their item with another certain item and lost it the moment they relogged, leaving their weapons back to wat it was before.
