Missing Credits

    Hey I made a donation for 10k credits nearly a week ago, and still have not heard anything back. How can i proceed to get this processed? Currently I have emailed many times and not had a response.

    At the bottom of the donation page, is an email address which should be used for donation related problems. Try using that.

    As far as I know, carl is the only person able to lend assistance for donation related inquiries as no one else on staff has access to the proper tools to help you.

    thanks for the responses, but I have definately tried emailing the admin@gamez email address, over 5 times, and still no response.

    Is there an email for carl directly? or another contact I can try?
