problems with buying certain designs

I have 3 chars with maxed alchemy:
* 1x elyos (siel)
* 1x asmo (siel)
* 1x elyos (lumiel)

I want to make Fine Elemental Water (and maybe stones)... i can do this without problems with my siel asmo and my lumiel elyos chars, but somehow i cant buy the designs on my siel elyos char and that sucks (that is my most active acc) :sad:

I think (= not sure) that my alchemy level may be too high (600+)?

My asmo can make Fine Elemental Water but it ends up as an "Asmo only" item... /sigh
And moving around all necessary items is a pain...

I think i can make another maxed alchemist (booooring), but i was hoping a gm can help me out getting the necessary designs :sad:

Well at level 499 i was able to buy an extra level but now it doesnt stop increasing :sad:

And yes i gather, cook and alchemy a lot...

The "Craft: Fine Elemental Water" and "Craft: Fine Elemental Stone Powder" are supposed to be autolearned while leveling... why not on my Elyos Siel character?? :sad:

Somehow the problem fixed itself, because i just autolearned it (?)...

Too bad i found this out after maxing alchemist #4 (stuck at 449) :innocent:
