Item lost while remodel

    i bought ABG helm today, and i i remodel it in to Noble Wise Dragon Kings Mask, after that i log out, when i login back i was shock! at chr screan i can't see my set.Then i login to game sever my ABG helm was return back normal.. and i lost my Noble Wise Dragon Kings Mask... then i buy another Noble Wise Dragon Kings Mask, i do it again and the same problem happend.. so i quit and post this problem at forum,, i lost 2 Noble Wise Dragon Kings Mask.. plz hellp me..

    yes!! because the first remodel is buged and i lost my Nobel king mask.. then i buy again at WEB the i remodel again in that time i take ss,, then i lost like the first one..

    i have the same problem, they didnt do anythin about my case too even tho i already provided a screenshot of my bro's account's purchase history showing that he really did bought a mastarius sword using his credits. its enough proof since it shows the time,day,date,month of when he purchased it. good luck bro. My only hope now of getting my mastarius sword back is GM Kevster.
