after update today

Have the flight-enabled areas within Gelkmaros been disabled as a result of the update? It was bad enough that as an Elyos I had to go to Gelk just to get Magical Aether, but now I can't seem to fly at all in the aether fields.

 

my chanter buffs...the icon jus keeps going in circles like its constantly buffing...and i can't use it..nor can i buff others ( blessing of stone I, belssing of health II, blessing of rock I).

i had the buffs on before the restart..and once the restart finished...it started like this..w/out me even buffing or nething...so once the buff ended from before...i couldn't buff anyone including myself wit it. And some of the cooldowns are like 4 hours long. Please check on this.
