Vielle is obtained via donating to carl itself.
You get gold medals by going into fortess wars
And the rest i dont knoe sorry xD

1. As Taruka stated the only way to obtain veille gear would be to send Carl a PM directly and asking for a special donation.

2. Golden medals are only obtainable through fortress sieges, usually people will be shouting in the trade chat when they are attacking a fortress so keep an eye out for that.

3. Last I check the ingisson/Gelkmaros armor set quest line could not be completed.

4. Thats something you'd probably have an easier time with asking through the trade chat or a thread specifically asking for that.

5. Balic items can only be crafted, so again you would need to fins someone to craft these items for you. If you're looking for crafting mats then DP would be your best bet now.

6. Not sure exactly what you mean by this, but gathering aether works fine, some people get stuck at 449/499 and we hope a fix for that is coming soon.
