White Dye Bug

When I dye my characters armor white with the dye I cant log out or quit the game, It has let me once and then all my characters armor was to its normal color when I logged back in, so I wasted my credits on dye that was just tempirary, my glads armor is Anuhart which was dyed white befor and had no probs, now its skined to balar looking stuff, the blue plate from dark poeta and as I said its like a temp dye till i relog then its gone, its been a wast. also my chanter is in Anuheart, its unskined and its doing the same. pls help
