Char bug

hi, i have this problem:

when my group start prepare to pvp 15v15 RvR event at lumiel server our group become alliance, and i get alliance bug, and others ppl too, i decide relog, and GM say do it Fast, but when i are at character select screen, and try to start again, nothing happend, i try to click start boton and double-click on character but game got frezze.

I decide Close the game and run it again, but problem persist, i close again and try with other character on the same account and no have any problem, relog and try with my main char and game frezze again.

i already try:
Restart PC
Reinstall Game
whisp GM ingame but that happend 2 hours ago and dont have any answer


someone can help me plz T-T
someone can give me a english leasson plz xD

 

i can teach you a bit..

but i advise you to read dictionaries and read English books etc. ..

Details: I joined the PvP, and when we had our ally., it was bugged so i decided to relog., but the real problem now, when i try to log in, (press start) it freezes! and nothing happened, it won't start. I cant use my elyos character (zatan). Please fix it. It was stuck in ATAXIAR. thank you.
