    1st, that system tip is for the "limited amount" items that sold by NPC at Capital City, at least that's what i found at Pandae. If you found the NPC, the items will have numbers which indicates the item's stock on NPC. Players from one server can buy the items as long as they haven't ran out of stock that day.

    2nd, about that temporary allowed time, I also don't know exactly if it can make us tp trade the supposedly untradable items like ABG. Haven't tried it.
