Can log in ! Maybe some1 knows what i need to do !?

So i was in game, then after few min my screen just stopped, but it's nothing unusual, so i go to task manager and press end task, then usually i can join server again and it's goes normally but now it's all the time telling me that "You are already logged in" and i try to log again and again but nothing was happening! I even try log in with my friend account to see maybe server is chrashed but it wasn't!

So maybe some one know what i should do ?

for the 1000th time... Siel/Lumiel servers are crashed..
