Miragent Items Questline Error

as topic title states, getting a load fail every time i try to finish the first step in the quest for it, the "Class Preceptor's Consent"

any ideas of how to fix it or does it have to be patch fixed?

Haha, nevermind, silly me, the quest loaded too fast so the finish quest was shown on the npc I had just talked to, instead of the one I should of talked to instead

 

what is the reward??
