    Asmo or Elyos?

    Look at your map in Panda/Sanct and look for the bug glowing orange circle (located top left of both maps)

    That will get you to Gelk/Ingg

    Yeah if you're Elyos, their should be a large orange circle on the left hand side of the map where the tavern is at. It's on the separate island in Sanctum.

    For Pandaemonium, it is also a large orange circle but is located at the airship docks.

    Yeah sorry about that. It really is the only orange dot on the maps for both sides. Their should be a statue at said location and you just click it.
