Beach hat lost

Dear gamez AION staff.

Yesterday I purchased Beach hat at other account.
Then I send the hat to Dragondaughter.
I remodeled Archon Brigade Generals Helm by the hat.
I was glad. It is too cute.
But sAfterwards erver reseted.
I rogin after few hours.
Then, I noticed that Archon Brigade Generals Helm not renodeled. It was unbelievable!
And The Beach hat was not found anywhere.
I was sad.
Please help me.

What time exactly did you remodel this hat? Cause I know sometime if there is a server restart it also sometimes rolls back too.

Edited: And from what im hearing there was possibly a server restart in the last 24hrs.

 

I bought Beach hat Tuesday 2nd of November 2010 05:39:55 AM at other character "Dragondaughterx".I referred Add item history.
And, after a little, I remodeled.

 

And Since you said yesterday, there is a possibility the hat got reversed. Probably why its not remodeled now.

But will send to this a S.GM to further look into.

same this happened to me to

i bought my beautiful swimsuit on nov.2nd

remolded my Midas's Breastplate

i relogined after like 3 hours, and its gone, even my
remolded 2h sword reverted back to its original
