[Help] Lost Characters

    hi, my problem is when I enter in the character selection menu all my characters has disappeared but when I try to create another with the same name tells me that name already exists, so my characters still exists in the server database, I need urgent help

    Make sure you are logging on to the proper server. Gamez has two, Siel and Lumiel, and people have mistakenly clicked on the wrong one. Make sure you are click on whichever server you play on.

    yes, I enter in siel, there were my characters but they no longer exists :S
