Missing items

Hi it seems i keep losing items when you update the server
first i lost like 5 necklase's
now i lost 4 earings
and after last update i lost a belt

these where all items B4 2.0 update
when i logged in i saw one ring in my inventory (not on my hand) and stuff gone
and i dont like it 2 farm all items back again and again and again Plz contact me ingame '' Lordfrosty '' I will do eney thing 2 clear this problem so if you wanne know somthing plz contact me thx

 

Do you have a proof, SS or a video, of your said items before the update and after the update? They need proof before doing the refund.

 

This is not really about a refund... Lordfrosty is friend of mine and i gave him most of his gear on his chanter (Lordfrosty), which was his first character here. Most of his gear is just drops from DP and easily farmable. But the problem is that he keeps losing those items (they just disappear). This didnt happen before the 2.0 update... somehow his account got bugged?

 

so you say Every one need to make Screen shots of every thing he owns 2 proof he had it? i know people do wird stuff 2 get items I dont Want them Back I just want 2 stop LOSING Them

PS cant you look into others gear B4 and after post? i mean aint this stored in like a database?
