If you can't fly, I don't think the item pak will fix that. The item pak is meant to help make some items tradable.

This is what you need to do to free fly.

Go to your aion folder, and search for a file named "system.ovr file" and open with a notepad to edit, it must be like this:

-- [System-Configuration]
-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
