A question about legion emblem

i have see some legions that they have modify their embel with the ingame emblems,i have try to find some post that they didnt help enough

so

the legion emblem modify is it possible or it is only for the high rank legions?i ask cause the one i have see wasnt at the top ranks(i dont know if it was older legion that it is not so active)
is the emblem nodification some kind of donate?
need any kind of custom file like item pak?

any help will be usefull

i got the legion lvl 5 but still i cant modify it

i try the ingame emblems but the npc doesnt do anythink

 

you must be lvl 2 or 1 legion to edit emblem i beleive. correct me if im wrong.

 

modification start from lvl 2(ingame emblem)and lvl 3 u can upload ur personal emblem

 

well im guessing that the more people you have in your legion, the higher u can increase lvl. mine is only lvl 5 aswell. ive come across the same question you have.

 

i dont know if the modification is for high rank legion as a kind of reward or the emblem system dont work properly,like eg legion announcemnt that i cant put any symbols and big text,legion warehouse etc

 

My legion is lvl 5 and nearly 50 members our rank keep getting better.....But i have tried several times to change the emblem and epic failure each time....Everyone in my legion wants a different one to go with the name....

So yah what do we have to do to get it fixed

Legion emblems do not work properly. So currently they cannot be changed.

but i see some legions with canged emblems could it be that changing work onetime in the past?
