    It's cause you have 4kdp, the orange bar under your mana bar.

    ^^ You got 4000 DP on your character ( the orange bar in the bottom left corner of the picture right under your mana )
    On this server you gain way more DP from mobs than you should , so get used to it ~ actually it'll come handy later when you'll roll in PvP :>

    Yes as Adi stated, on this server most mobs around your level will give you 4000 DP after each kill and you can use specially designed skills that require the use of your DP. As an elyos sorcerer it is "Aetheric Spell"
