Greater supplements are available in one of gelkmaros forts. (2 npcs are spawned in 1 spot: one sells normal supplements and other greater ones).

    You just fail.
Seriously , you are just lazy.
It took me approx 1h to enchant all my items to +15 using 50-65 stones(extracted from 14 days bow) and lesser suppelements.
    Spent ~400m on it.

Just use greater supplements. I think the enchantment was just balanced and so that every supplement and lvl of stone has purpose.

I too agree the enchant system is pathetically broke. It doesn't make any sense, considering burning through 100 quality stones to end up nearly where you have started, like I have.

You see, as you socket manastones, the supplement system scales upward increasing demand for more supplements each round. First maybe 75, then 150, then 300, etc. However, if you notice the +1 additions to any armor, supplement demand does not increase. The demand of say 55 "Fabled" supplements are there whether you are +1 looking to move to +2, or +9 looking to move to +10. It doesn't increase in any way to help success results, opposite of how it works adding manastones.

The system is indeed broke, especially considering that level 70 stones are the limit (or most highest lvl available) for ingame use, and stone level is what it takes to advance success. To go even further, we have to bend the rules to purchase donation stones. To me, why not just fix the supplement system to scale up demand according to + results on a per level scale?

Make people pay for their success, but keep the success rate constant so long as you scale up with material.
    +1 = 55 Fabled supplements
    +2 = 110
    +3 = 250
    +4 = 500
    etc

This is the system it uses for manastones, so why not +1 enhancements?

No, they won't fail if socketing manastones, because the system scales up the supplement demand with each manastone added. First 50, next 100, next 200, then 300, and so on. I've NEVER failed a manastone attempt yet, because it's a scaled up effect. Add the requested number of supplements and I doubt you can even fail, well I can't confirm that with 100% accuracy, but I have 4 level 55's and I've never failed a manastone socket yet.

However, try and do this with enchanting gear. +1 will require the same supplement demand as +10, which means that by the time you reach +10, it's a diminished effect of success.

They work opposite of each other, which means it's a broke system. The proper fix SHOULD be that +10 enchantment should demand significantly more supplements than +1 to keep par with success.

    Does that make sense?

Socketing manastones is not the same thing as enchanting your armor (you need enchantment stones for that).
