lost mastarius greatsword

GM HELP ME PLS HOW TO RETRIEVE MY LOST MASTARIUS GREATSWORD FROM THE SERVER CRASH JUST A WHILE AGO NOv. 5 2010 i have two masta greatsword i already fuse that two and i already use all my enchantment stone in my inventory but after the server crash my fuse greatsord was broke and the other was lost its like my inventory was reset pls help me retrieve my mastarius greatsword because i really spent a lot of time for that item though i dont have any proof except for two aion players in our shop whos viewing me.and i since i just got that this day from the store pls help me i dont know what to do. i will really appreciate your immediate response thank you..:crying::crying:

 

You must have proof screenshots or video, so Admins will be in easy way to investigate this problem....

and also be patient..

 

i dont have screen shot because i didnt expect that will happen and since i bought and get that lost greatsword just this day..i think its a fusion bug or the server crash itself gm what about us who have no proof but still telling the truth i really spent a lot of time voting for just that greatsword..:sad::crying:

No offence dude but ... the gamemasters have said it a thousand times NOT TO DO any armfusion or trade during the server's crashed , and without a solid evidence , it's doubtful that you'll get a refund unless you can make a gamemaster to investigate your case more. I suggest you PM'ing a senior AM or even a head AM & ask them politely to take a closer look at your case. Best of Luck mate

but how can i pm an AM? i think its from the server crash because when i fuse the server is ok. but when i become disconnected after a sudden lag 1hr after i fuse when i log in my greatsword is not equip and the fuse is lost which is my mastarius greatsword and my inventory is reset :sad:
