Kinah cap and max kinah trade

I get confused when someone offers 300-400b kinah for credits or items. How do you have that much on one character without the kinah being bugged?

Last I heard, from a GM, was that if you had more then 30b on a character the kinah was bugged and reset to 20b or something similar.

There are 7 character creation slots for one account and if you had the 30b cap on each character that is 210b.

I do not understand how all of this kinah could be traded as well. The kinah trade cap is 1b. Your telling me someone is going to trade you 400 different times and nothing go wrong?

If 30b is not the kinah cap on one character, id like to know. But only if it has been stated by a GM/Dev.

If anyone has the facts please clear this up for me.

 

Currently there is no active kinah cap, you can trade more than 1bil through trade chat window, you just add 1 kinah after 999,999,999 to make it 2bil, then every 1 kinah you add after that is an extra 1bil. Test it out your self.

Well that sucks. Now there is nothing stopping kinah dupe. The economy is going to get a lot worse. Why was the 30b cap removed?

Im really glad you can trade more then 1b, I made a thread about it about a month ago but the GMs didnt listen to me.

 

I dont know if the removal of the cap was intentional or not, I do not recall reading about it. But there is also nothing stoping people from duping anything else in the game either, dupers will always find something to dupe so I really dont think a kinah cap would stop that. They could just store the excess kinah on multiple accounts.

 

400b is almost impossible to get. I have no idea how people accumulated so much money

Have you not seen the market for consumables lol? I'm selling run scrolls for 25mil each, aspd scrolls for 30mil each and awakening scrolls for 40mil each. Really in two days time I could make 100bil+

 

You have a good point but I think in the long run it would help the economy if there was a kinah cap. There are caps in retail, and its for a good reason. Its just my opinion but I think getting the economy healthy again will result in many things, one being kinah caps. Hell, next month people will be trading 1 trillion for 1k credits

 

I completely agree with you, I think the economy is terrible at the moment and that a kinah cap would definitely help.

Since people will be doing the same as before, put 20b 10b on all the characters or even 2nd accounts...

If u really want to fix it, there should be a kinah wipe...

 

well my idea was to just implement a Kinah cap with no warning lol, this way kinah gets wiped as well as a kinah cap getting put in. There are not many people these days that store kinah on separate characters because they know there is no kinah cap.

 

A kinah wipe will only temporarily fix the problem. Shortly after the wipe everything will be back to where it was.

 

so whats d point of making ABG untradable? on what ive seen so far making it untradable only makes the economy worse and doesnt solve any of the intending problems..... all the prob it suppose to solve still remains... and worse all the farming and hard work ive invested in gaining kinah in 1.9 all goes to trash kinah doesnt have any value anymore WTF.....

 

I have no problem with kinah cap.

i have like 30-60 bil on 4 characters each.
since makning kinah is to easy i tried it and so far i have no bugs or kinah loss.

And i can put like 15bil+ for sale on broker and sell it and retrive it without any problems.

WH kinah cap i am not sure.

 

A kinah cap would be fine but a kinah wipe, no. Simply because of the fact like many people I started this server by myself not knowing anyone, never stood in town begging for kinah everything I have I made myself so having it wiped lol no.

Agree... Hate beggers, and all i have was made by me from selling or enchanting stuff... Dont agree with kinah wipe too, but would be good a kinah cap and find a way of end with dupers...

 

yall have lost your mind. a wipe would be stealing we work hard to get what we have and taking it would cause major flack!
