    Hi Everyone...
    My 2 Accounts Are Destroyed By Last Days Bug...
    I Can Access My Accounts But My Chars. Are Deleted...
    I Can't Access Any Of Them & Game Wants Me The Create New One....
    What Would Be The Problem?
    Can Anyone Help Me?

    Are you selecting the right server at the server select screen? There is two, Siel and Lumiel, make sure you're picking the correct server.

    If he got baned he couldnt even select the server list. A message would come and would not let him pass through it

    Hmmmm.. If he was banned, then he should not be able to log on his account at all. I'm thinking that he is just electing the wrong server.

    If you are new to this game then welcome to Gamez! : D

    Also since you are on the High Rate, just start killing mobs where you first enter and they will drop good equipment at your level. Once you start making kinah you can always buy from NPC stores, Player Stores, or the Broker.

    Just don't trolling over a newbie plox.

    Use the extraction tools to extract your "clothes". You can buy the tools at general goods merchant, and that NPC can be found in every fortress and city. Be aware that the "clothes" you extract will be destroyed.

    After extraction, you will get enchantment stones, and the amount are random. You can use it to enchant your gears. Just right click the stones and left click on your gears that you want to enchant. Also pay attention to the level of the stones. (Enchantment Stone "Lxx") The XX must be equal or higher than the level of your gears.
