How & where to extract magical aether for elyos?

Hi GM,

I still haven't got an answer to this question, i'd like to craft FINE WIND SERUM (can extend flight time to 60secs) yet magical aethers can only be extracted on a NON FLYING ZONE just like inggison and inorder for us to get it we need to fly yet we can't as it's a non flying zone...is there any map/way that we can extract these so called "MAGICAL AETHERS?"

And to add up, we can't get pass AETHERTAPPING from 449- it got stuck to 449 and so we can't learn MAJOR DESIGNS.

Please enlighten us on this.

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Magical Aether for elyos can be extracted at Taloc's Forest (fly-enabled area), Taloc's Hollow (instance)

 

magical aether can be gathered from taloc's forest in inggison.
u can fly there, if you are not able to, try relogging.
you must be lvl 50 and there isn't a need to buy the aether extractor to extract.

Aw, storm circle is in HEIRON where you can extract AETHER ONLY from burning vortex....i need to extract MAGICAL AETHER to create FINE pots (FIND WIND SERUM)...any idea where i can get it in ingisson where i can fly? I know where to find those in inggison yet the one i know is a NON FLYING ZONE and there's no way to get it without flying
