Beach hat lost again!

    Because the hat that had been lost the other day did not return to me, another one hat was bought.
    And, it remodeled Archon Brigade Generals Helm by the Beach hat again.
    It is before 15 minutes.
    I logged out once.
    And, it logged it in at once.
    Then, the helm was not remodeled again.And, the Beach hat is not still found anywhere!

    Remodel is bugging?
    Please help me!

    Remodelling, Armfusing, or even manasocketing is bugged or broken atm... So pls dont do anything on your items now. Wait for the Updates or Fixed on this matter so your important items will not disappear or lost... Thank you

    @dragondaughter: post an ss of ur lost item

    Mana socketing is fine. But both stated by Bry is kinda like 50/50. Some ppl are Lucky to armfused or remodel there gear successfully others don't.
