item lost after remodelled with ss..

    after this last ss i took i tied to relog. but it didnt let me log out. then after 2 mins the game closed itself... i log back on and my headgead is back to original and lost my noble balaur cowl...

    need a gm to help me on this... this is the second time it happened. the first time i didnt take no ss, so i didnt bother complaining since i didnt have any proof...

    i need my item back..
