No medals recived

Alright so we took over 2 fortresses and we recived mail each time.
I scrolled to my town and when I checked mail , surprise : there weren't any medals attached to any of the mails.
A mate has encountered the same problem.

 

yeah no medals i didnt even recieve

 

I am open to any investigation and log checks , but I want my 2x Gold medals and 6x Silvers.

 

same probz here too...

 

i think you should check mail every fortress is conquered. so every siege check mail then proceed to next fortress

 

=/ a mail came, sender: Siegefortress attached silver medal..

But sadly nothing.. Really annoying...hmm.

 

Did three forts last night. No medals, no mail at all. Talk about waste. lol

i got 2 gold and 6 silver plizz fix it

 

if you wait too long to check your mail or if u log out or DC then the medals disappear, its happened to me a few times

 

don't relog or they will dissappear

There's nothing you can do about it? It is stated somewhere in rules or annouced on forums " don't relog after fortress or you'll lose your medals"?.
If no , I want them , I spent time there and I didn't do it for nothing.

 

Ye medal had been glitching eversince 2.0
I think admins are working on it

 

just go check ur mail IMMEDIATELY after u get the new mail icon and u should be fine

 

just get the medals after you defeated a boss on fortress... but if you leave it a long time before getting it , it will automatically lost... so every time you got a mail after defeating fortress boss you must get it afterward....

 

me and my friends just gave up on raiding a fotress

 

yea forts are glitched alot of the time. after you kill the boss..u dont get any mail. no mail sound no mail indicator, no mail in mail. lol. nothing, nada, zero.:sleeping:

 

do it like this.. kill mega/stellari then scroll to town.. check mail.. then go raid fortress again.. 1 fortress at a time.. and dont log off..

 

buggy system :annoyed:
