GM help my ITEM have lost..

    i lost already my mastarius leather pauldrons but i dont have proof..

    but just now this time i buy Mastarius Jerkin and Mastarius Leather Pauldrons and i sure to get SS with this and my item Mastarius Jerkin lost after i relog..

    -i got my Mastarius Jerkin and Mastarius leather pauldrons here.

    -and then i remodel my Mastarius Jerking to my EAT jerkin and Mastarius pauldrons to my EAT pauldrons.

    -and then when i relog my remodel set is back when i did not remodel my mastarius..and my mastarius jerkin is gone and my mastarius pauldron is there..now im scared to remodel my mastarius pauldrons..

    - i just lost many items and money for this game..
    PLEASE HELP ME BACK MY ITEM..:'(
