is mastarius puldron for remodel bug atm?

when I click remodel it and I got dc
when log in back the mastarius pauldrouns missing
that happen twice.Im not asking for refund item
Im just asking is it bug or what?
only when I remodel mastrarius leather pauldronto ABG pauldron
when I try another remodel looks normal.nothing problem
but when I remodel to mastarius leather pauldron problem happen
c and te mastarius pauldron disapear

you may have tried it when the server was crashing, are you on Lumiel or Siel, and do you have any screenshots?

 

once remodel in done the item has been destroy i think you had a wrong choise of remodiling it...right thats why it was lost

take a screenshot of ur itemshop purchase history(cover up ur account name) and from now on take screenies before and after every major trade, remodel, transfer, and armsfusion. I actually record mine with fraps for Xfire

Do you also have a log of the purchase of the pauldrons with the credits, since you spent 4k credits on them, they should show on your purchase log.
