Penguin candy lol...

    Ok so i bought this penguin candy from the GM candy shop and it is supposed to make u attack faster and cast faster 3% of each but in fact it has the opposite effect it make us cast and attack slower...

    PLS may i get a refund?

    I think this might be wrong section for this my apologies..

    yes im sure about it .

    with GS no attack speed scroll im 1.7 attack and when i use the candy its 1.8

    and to add to it. it'll be great if you remove the CD for stat candies make it 30 secs or so.
    i made a penguin party gave people 1 candy each. then we started duelin each other when they die they transform back to human and cant use the candy again. = party pooper
