Cube extension stuck to 2nd cube 2nd row- please help

Hi MOD's/GM,

I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time now and i need your help on this. My cube was stuck to CUBE 2 2ND ROW.

Here's the steps i did to extend my cubes:

1.) Poeta
2.) Shugo in the Hall of prosperity where i was able to get expansion up to 2nd row on cube2
3.) I took the "LUCKY DAY QUEST" from Demodocus and then go to the shugo in the hall of prosperity as final submission yet after i submit it a "FAIL" message appears and then nothing happens; going back to Demodocus and i can no longer get the Lucky day quest...

I already talk to Lumiel MOD's/GM and they advised me to consult a Senior GM/AM regarding this.

I badly need your help on this.

 

uhm before you do the lucky day.
i think you need to expand it at the "island" at abyss first.. then lucky day

 

Cube row4: Shugo at starting village
Row5: Shugo at capital city (pandae/sanctum)
row6: same as row6
row7: shugo at tigraki island (reshanta)
row8: same as row7
row9: Lucky Day Quest

I already did that as well and nothing happens..i was even assisted by GM Sanctus that time yet it didn't work =(...last GM i spoke about this (ingame) was GM Sychtray

 

Please note that you can buy additional 2 rows of cube from Shugo at Tigraki Island.

 

yeah i know coz i was the one who did the quest for my brothers ranger...his ranger got 3 cubes and only the last row wasn't extended on the 3rd cube..but mine got stuck to cube2 2nd row...it won't extend no matter what i do...

 

Did it said "You cannot expand your cube any further" or it didn't give you any message but it didn't increased?

maybe because you skipped the tigraki island and did the lucky day quest 1 row early.

 

OMG...i did it with my brothers ranger...and it's successful...i did it in other aion server as well and it works...but n0t for my SM as i got a "load fail" message after submission.

 

Well before you start shouting at members of the community who are trying to help you, it seems as though you did not go to the island in the Abyss.

It is fixed as far as i know, just you have not gone to the island in the abyss to expand your cube.
