    Hello. Basically purchased 10 level 145 enchant stones. Proceeded to use them to level my ABG staff from +6 to +10. When complete, noticed the server wasn't active, couldn't log out, so had to force logout. Upon login the staff was back at +6, where I originally started, effectively wasting 10 level 145 stones.

    Looking to get my +10 staff back please. I currently hold the +6 staff, so none of the enchants stuck.

    So can anyone tell me which type of people to contact for this fix? Ingame GM's, forum members, and if forum members, which color titles? There's a number of titles, but it doesn't explain the powers they have, or don't have to help.

    Go ahead and PM Alente, Karrisa, and Carl. You can Try Edixiod as well. You can also try Senior AM's. Dunno if they can help. Regular AM's can't help with this issue tho.

    Bump again. Sigh.

    Last night I contacted two in game GM's. One didn't respond, but the other did and asked how they could help me. I proceeded to explain my situation, and they logged off on me without even a further response.


    Here's what I do know.
    I have donated real money for credits twice. That will be the last time as well. While I understand this server is free, and operates on income from donations, I feel I it's not too much to request assistance when assistance is needed, in a timely manner, especially from a donating customer. It actually put a bad taste in my mouth when a GM responded to me asking how to help, then logs off.

    Thank you for the information everyone, and the free bumps.

    Update to this. The situation has changed.

    I have now updated my staff to +15 on my own. It was much to long of a wait for assistance. However, I will keep attempting to contanct GMs to see about recovering the 10 level145 stones, or preferably the 1000 credits. I hope this is an acceptable remedy.

    I will do my best to keep a lookout for Edixoids. Thank you sincerely, to everyone who has offered helpful advice.
