Can't launch game : error 0xc00000b7

Hi,

I just installed the game and the patch but I can't launch it. The error is the famous 0xc000007b as you can see (pic in french) :



Same message in english to understand :



I precise that I'm not a beginner so I can assure you that I've done everything I can and I allready have search in all the others topic but the problem is still here.

This message only appears when I try to launch the game with the Gamez Aion Launcher. If I launch the game with the NCsoft launcher, there is no problem and I could play if I had an official account.

I've Windows 7 64 bits.

I hope that you can help me...

repair your client or reinstall it also try re-installing the gamezaion launcher/crystalaion launcher make sure that the client is 2.0 or above (2.5) then make sure you have the correct up to date launcher

Repair : done (3 times )
Re-download/installation of patch : 3 times too
Client version : 2.0.0.5
Patch version : Version on the Gamez Aion main page

Problem doesn't disappear :-(

 

Disable or remove your Anti Virus, and ensure you run as Admin

AV off (avast), repair done, patch re-installed, launch test (run as admin) : 0xc000007b :-(

 

install a microsoft framework, you can google ur problem..

 

Repair first. Then les see.

 

delete ur bin32 folder in C->Program files->NCSoft->Aion and after that repair ur client using the NCSoft launcher

 

Ok guys, I've tried all what you said. Nothing work! As KaneKochan suggested, I really thought the problem was the framework but after installing the latest version (4.0), nothing has changed ...

From everything I've read on internet, the problem is only the patch. The error I get only appears when I run it. Even uninstalling completely Aion and trying to run the patch (just to see), I get the same error.

Is there another way to connect to the server? Or a new version of the patch specifically for Windows 7?
