well i agree on 50 % of what u said BUT!!!!!( IF u can't be a GM then leave it ) this is all i can say ppl want to be gms they ask for it so.!!! being a GM is hard i agree but already every one know that befor he ask to be a GM ^^ if AION have no place in your life don't play it then ^_^

Seriously, one player who needs something very specific will invariably find all the staff members who CAN'T help before he figures out what he should really do.

Missing or lost item? I forsee every trainee, AM and moderator getting PM and profile spammed about the issue but a Senior and above wont hear a thing about it. Hmm.

AMs and Trainees are not secretaries. We're kind of like that old saying about God. "He only helps those who help themselves". If you have an issue, the first thing you should do is try to solve it on your own and THEN come ask us for help. Truth be told, though you might feel like your issue is unique and should be entitled to our immediate undivided attention the simple truth is this: you arent.

Why though? Simple: Because everyone else, just like you, has issues that need to be resolved and trust me, you aren't first in line.

Now, I imagine it works like this: because you have to wait (omg instant satisfaction where areeee youuu?) you think all GMs are unwilling to help or do their jobs so you get angry and spam, GM gets mad cause his whisper box is now full of fail, and pushes you further back in line to help other people who are obviously more deserving, you get more mad, and make a thread. Or, you simply are incapable of understand that whatever your issue is, EVERYONE you've tried to contact so far does not have the level of access required to help you.

Help yourself a little and think on your own two feet and trust me you'll get a lot farther. We're not here to spoon feed you anything.

 

but to be honest i don't think that ppl can blame GMs for that bc simple if GMs was from a dif time zone it is easyyyyyyyyy to find Gm only all the 24h and GMs will not need to be online too much 5 h max will be enough but it is just need to be managed more and give each GM a time in day to be online at it

Got to give it to the GMs too, the updates maybe a bit slow but this server is showing it's country now. When I mean country, I mean people who are their to provide help for the community. I'd like to see these people that bash the GMs here try it with the ones in IA, those guys are ruthless and they do not give a ****.
