Oh noez my post/thread I hate you Beast!

It has come to my attention that some of the people don't like the way I moderate around here and they don't know how to properly state their opinions. I'd like to first state WHY posts get deleted.

1) They were senseless flames.

2) They were not in English in a non-localized section

3) They were senseless flames

4) They were complete gibberish

5) They were retarded flames

6) They were about people posting their problems in an unrelated thread. IE They post" Help! I armsfused and my gear is messed up!" In a legion recruitment thread.

7) They were senseless flames

8) The OP of a thread asked me to clean it due to flames, derailment, whatever

and finally

9) There were senseless flames

And here is why threads get closed

2) The situation is resolved and there is no need to keep the thread open

3) They become retarded flame threads

4) The OP requested that the thread be closed(usually due to ppl starting to flame

5) Things are just getting out of control

6) They become senseless flame threads

So there's some of the reasons WHY threads get closed and deleted.

Now on to some of the "concerns" people have with me.

I don't delete posts just because I like to pick on you. If you have any problems with anything I did then instead of QQing on the forums then send me a PM(NOT a visitor message) tell me what post/thread got deleted or closed and why you disagree with what I did.

Don't just QQ and flame me because that won't help you at all. I'm not an unreasonable guy, and I'll be the first one to admit that I'm not perfect and I make mistakes. I've made a lot in the past and I'll make more in the future.

Send me a PM if you have a reasonable concern and make sure I can understand it. You don't need to write a frekkin essay or have perfect spelling and grammar. Just get to the point your trying to make and Ill try and work something out with you.

A couple of you are really upset over posts that you feel were not "senseless flames". I can still see deleted posts, and Ill go through them when I get the chance if you state a legitimate concern about it. I'm going to try and meet you guys half way and I don't think I'm being unreasonable.

And if this is too much for you and you still hate me well, just look at me caring.

The posts of urs that I deleted were senseless flames, and I should have PMed a warning to you and didn't do so. For that I apologize, but I do believe that you are overreacting and I am willing to work with you and anyone else who has any problems with me.
