Mastariu in place of ABG

i spent 2k credits to buy an ABG pauldrons, i clicked on it, i saw its name before confirmation, but somehow i recieved an mastarius pauldrons, in my buy history is the mastarius pauldron, i already enchanted it and regard its being so ugly i ll stay with it, i just want to advice u of this problems, maybe i m not the only one with that

yeah, same prob happened to me 1 time, but it was a pet, i wanted to buy an pointytail acarun and i received an pink nyanco that i already had...item shop seems buggy, take with alente/edi to help u get ur abg pauldron back (but they will delete ur mastarius 1)

 

the problem isnt delete martarius, the problem is that my mastarius is +15 full attack, i really doubt that they ll give me the abg like this, but if u said so, i wish to exchange it if they give the abg the same as is the mastarius +15 with 5 manastones of attack +5

 

They can't restore any weapons enchanted & fully socketed with manastones ~ They can only give you a clean one , Sorry for ruining your illusions ~

 

well maybe a clean one and some manastone for the trouble

 

ruining my illusions???? i started the post saying that even if the item i recieved was the same that i wanted and clicked on, it wasnt necessary to refound me, then i told that if any staff member with good will and time to trade my item apear here to post any reply, my item was +15 full attack +5, and then u came, like u were a gamez aion staff member to say that ridiculous inonic thing

so now i want my ABG and i want an answer from a Gamez staff member!!!! i want to know from their finger tips when it ll be refound and how!!!!

 

Well big boy , If you have time to rage , You could take 2mins & maybe post a screenshot about your purchase history ~ That'd help to lure a GM's attention. Kk thx ~

As u can see, i clicked on the abg and there was abg when i clicked in the confirm button, but i recieved mastarius and my history shows mastarius

ps. i always forgot to use smiles when i m kidding, i ll try to remember next time:love:
and i edited that right after posted and read, i saw it was kinda rude for a joke

 

I want to know when my ABG pauldrons ll be traded???

they can delete your mastarius and replace it with abg but with a clean 1 not +15!

 

theres no problem, i want to solve that stuff, if they give me a +0 ABG and 5 L140 its fine, or if they do it fast but the item come +0 only theres no problem at all, i just want to solve this crap
