godstones dissapeared

like my title is saying,,, after i bought a godstone with the donatesystem and i putted it in my bow it was gone the first time i logged in after i was disconnected from the server by a client crash. not my bow but only the godstone! it wasnt in my warehouse or in my inventory aswell
i was as stupid to buy another godstone also with the donate system and excactly the same happend with this godstone,, it dissapeared after i got a client crash,, this 1 was also alredey socketed in my bow.
im playing on the lumiel server and my characters name is Abondix.
both of the godstones were with blinding

pls help me getting them back,,, i definitly need them :O

 

Posting a screen shot with proof of purchase and any other screen shots you might have with the godstone on the bow and one that shows it no longer is will get you help faster.

 

i know,,, but i cant atm,, lumiel is down so i cant go online or look at my bought stuff at gamezaion.com
so i will post it soon, when the server is online again ^^
btw,, i dont have a picture from my bow with the godstone o.o the second time i made 1 with xfire so i would have proof, but i couldnt upload this picture O.O i never had this before with xfire, it was like really strange, but i can show you i have bought 2 godstones, i hope that will be enough proof :O and a screen from my bow without godstone

It happend 2 me the samething yesturday,

I socketed blind gs in masta staff, and after crash i log on and the gs is dissapeared. Also all actions i had taken a minute or so before the crash where resetted. Probalby the server didnt saved the changes.
how f**ked up is that. And i have no screenshot of the staff with gs, because i obviously didnt know it would happen outy:

 

yea indeed,,, because i couldnt proof that the first 1 was missing i just bought another 1,,, and made pictures,,, but ofc i couldnt upload the picture from my bow with the godstone on it on xfire,,, so i hope this proof will be enough to get at least 1 godstone back :S,,,

Your missing a screenshot showing the GS is socketed. Without that, your at a dead end for an item replacement.

 

Even if he doesn't have a screenie showing that the godstone was socketed , he can still proove his right with a copy of his chat.txt ~
Try posting the part of your chat log where it says you've successfully socketed the godstone :> Good Luck ~
