    I dont know much about legal disputes with 'free' private servers of MMO's, but my assumption is that GoDaddy wouldn't host something that could be illegial on some front.

    Dont mix the webhosting with server hosting. These two are completely different.

    They would need to choose from here:
    http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/virtual-dedicated-servers.aspx?isc=hos3eur1&ci=9013
    or here:
    http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/dedicated-servers.aspx

    But I am sure they are using an own server pc with better spec. You need lots of ram to serve a big community like gamez have. It costs money a lot.

    Thats why the server crashes etc.
    There host is not good enough....
